Community groups, businesses, energy suppliers, and government agencies interested in exhibiting must align their presentations with the theme of the summit (“Powering Tomorrow: Clean Energy for a Sustainable and Equitable Future”), focusing on clean energy solutions, sustainability, and/or equity.

Exhibitors must bring their own 6-ft table, two chairs, a table covering (if necessary), and an energy source for their display (if needed).

Each exhibitor should aim to make their table engaging by providing promotional items (preferably those related to clean energy or sustainability) and/or information about their initiatives, products, or services.
